All events are created exclusively for workers’ compensation professionals, including adjusters, risk managers, case managers, nurses, and others who handle claims.

AUGUST 17 – Private Michelin-Star Dinner at the Ette Hotel, Orlando
We’re kicking off the WCI Conference with our annual Sunday Night Dinner, hosted for Orthopaedic Center of South Florida, Orlando Orthopaedic Center, and Vero Orthopaedics. This private, invitation-only evening includes cocktails, a six-course Michelin-star dinner, and fireworks at one of Orlando’s most beautiful boutique hotels.
Expected attendance: 75 to 80 adjusters, risk managers, and claims professionals.
AUGUST 18 and 19 – WCI Conference Annual Scavenger Hunt
One of our most requested WCI activities. The scavenger hunt is a fun and interactive way to drive traffic to your booth, with great giveaways throughout the day. If you have a booth at WCI, this is an easy and cost-effective way to increase visibility.
Space is limited for participating booths, as we cap the number to keep the experience well-organized and enjoyable for everyone involved.
OCTOBER 4 – One-Day BLOOM Seminar for Workers’ Compensation Professionals
This one-day, ticketed seminar is designed specifically for workers’ compensation professionals. The focus is on leadership, wellness, team building, and improving focus and productivity both professionally and personally.
If you haven’t registered yet, you’re missing out.
Sponsorship for this event is something we’ve never done before and should not be missed.
Expected attendance: 50 to 60 adjusters, risk managers, and claims professionals.
OM ROUNDTABLE LUNCHES – Closed-Door, Invite Only
These are small, closed-door gatherings for risk managers, adjusters, nurses, and claims professionals. We come together to talk honestly about the real challenges in workers’ comp and how we can work better, together.
Hosted at doctor’s offices or nearby restaurants, lunch is always included. It’s a space to share what’s working, what’s not, and keep the Together We Can movement moving forward.
DECEMBER 17 – 14th Annual BLOOM Awards Gala at the Orlando Science Center
Join us as we celebrate excellence in the workers’ compensation community at our largest event of the year. This red-carpet style evening honors the nominees and winners of our annual BLOOM Awards.
Expected attendance: 150 to 200 professionals.
BLOOM Italy Retreat Scholarship – September 2026
We’re offering the chance for risk managers, adjusters, and case managers to apply for a scholarship to attend the 2026 BLOOM Italy Retreat.
We also have sponsorship opportunities available for those who want to support a scholarship and help send someone in the industry.

ROUNDTABLE DINNERS – July through December
These dinners are being held across South Florida, Central Florida, Sarasota, and Tampa, with 30 to 35 professionals at each one. If you haven’t attended yet, you’re missing out. GIVINGBACK PROJECT – Ongoing Monthly Exposure Loved by Our Community. Powered by Our Sponsors.
Since 2010, the BLOOM GivingBack Project has been one of our most loved initiatives. Each month, we host giveaways, contests, and challenges for adjusters, case managers, risk managers, and other workers’ compensation professionals.

THE ORANGE LAB – Ongoing Through November 2026
The Orange Lab has multiple labs opening for employers who want to host a lab and for sponsors interested in supporting or leading one. There are also offsite, invitation-only labs. The Orange Lab’s focus on workplace wellness is powered by OM and BLOOM.
These hands-on workshops are led by physicians, therapists, workplace leaders, and experts in wellness, mental health, leadership, and human behavior. They support leadership development, team building, and a healthier, more productive work environment.
Each lab offers practical tools that support physical and mental wellbeing, help build confident leaders, and elevate team performance. Sessions are interactive, easy to integrate into the workday, and available both onsite and offsite.

ME INC RETREAT – March 2026
