Employer, Case Manager & Adjuster Feedback Survey

About This Study
This questionnaire is intended for employers, case managers, and adjusters who are involved in coordinating, directing, or managing care for injured workers. It is part of an ongoing, industry-wide study conducted by OM to better understand what decision-makers and care coordinators value most when working with physician practices that treat injured workers. The feedback collected through this survey is used to identify key criteria related to administrative performance, communication, coordination, and system efficiency. This data helps OM establish and refine national benchmarks that support programs such as the WorkCompReady™ Certification and the OM Center of Excellence.

This survey is not an evaluation of any individual provider and is not used for marketing or sales purposes. All responses are used strictly for data analysis and program development.
